Restore your game

I keep finding posts from people that had to start over from scratch. The game developer Nimble Bits restored my game when that happened to me. I left the game for a couple of years and when I tried to get it back I had lost my progress. I found their email in the App Store and it took them a few days to get back with me but it was well worth it! They fully restored my game! Don’t feel you have to start over!

I emailed them a couple of weeks ago and haven't t heard back. I've been playing a new game while waiting and I'm already level 11. That's how long I've been waiting for. Still hoping since my other game was level 35 but I'm not very hopeful

Come to think of it the first time I emailed it did take longer to hear back from them and I sent a second ‘reply’ email and they did get back with me. Once I was in contact with them they definitely stayed with it and got it restored. It was worth it.
